True love does not kill even by Death

True love does not kill even by Death

Friends, this story is about two lovers who love each other very much. Both of them lived in a village.

The girl’s name was Mangala, and the boy’s name was Ramu. Ramu was a shepherd. The discussion about their love was famous in the entire village.

But both their parents were against their love and had banned them from meeting each other. But when Ramu would take his buffaloes and goats to the hills for grazing, Mangala would follow him after hearing the tune of his flute.

Then, leaving behind those disguises and the goats, both of them moved on and gathered on a hill. They used to dance, sing, eat, drink, and even swing in the swing during the month of Sawan.

After that, they used to come to their respective home lots with buffaloes and goats. Their love was increasing day by day.

There was never a day when they could live without meeting each other. But it often happens that some people are unable to see love and remain trapped in the trap of causing harm to their lovers. Something similar happened with those lovers, too. One day, when they were swinging together under a tree on that hill, some mischievous elements of society put him to death forever.

But after their deaths, the souls of both of them kept wandering there. And even today, people feel his presence at that place. And many people have also heard the sounds of the flute from there at night.

People say that even today, the couple swings there. Even now, people sometimes see both of them at that place; hence, after the evening, no one comes or goes there due to fear. This place became famous by his name alone.

In this way, true lovers become immortal even after death. It is rightly said that true love does not die, even after death.

Moti and Mangala did not separate from each other even after their deaths. This story is from my friend’s village and was narrated to him by an elder there.
