Specifications of the PlayStation 5 Slim

The PlayStation 5 Slim is powered by the AMD Radeon RDNA 2-based graphics engine, Ray Tracing Acceleration, and an x86-64 AMD Ryzen Zen 2 CPU.

It has 1TB of SSD storage and 16GB of GDDR6 RAM.

Both USB Type-A and USB Type-C connectors are present.

Both 4K and 8K TVs at 120Hz are powered by PS5 Slim. 

Since the system is backwards compatible, you can easily play PS4 games on it.

Is it wise to buy?

Despite the same specs, the PS5 Slim Disk and Disk-Less versions are lighter and have different proportions than the standard system. In addition, the disc version has up to 1024GB of integrated SSD storage, which is more than double the 825GB SSD storage found on the vanilla console.
