Designed gaming laptops from Nvidia and HP
21/7/2024,
Victus, a line of specially designed gaming laptops from Nvidia and HP, will exclusively be sold in India.
My reliable sources tell me that HP is preparing for a quick launch in India. My source claims that the aforementioned products would be prioritised based on affordability.
Apart from NVIDIA, the company plans to introduce a new range of Victus gaming laptops targeted at college students. Among these notebooks is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050, which offers exceptional graphics performance for gaming and educational applications by utilising Nvidia’s Lovelace Architecture.
By releasing this gadget only in India, HP is demonstrating its dedication to the country and its unique needs. As of Q1 2024, ASUS and Lenovo hold significant market shares in the Indian computer industry.
Lenovo has dropped 1.3% from the previous year to fourth place with a 15.1% market share.
Its 13.5% market share in the consumer sector and its 22% market share in the small and medium business (SMB) sector demonstrate its strength.
On the other hand, ASUS’s market share for PCs in India is 5.9%. It is the second most popular notebook in the consumer notebook category, holding a 16.5% market share.
Exclusive: Leaked HP Victus Is A Cheap Laptop Targeted Towards Students
The new Victus laptops are perfect for students who require a powerful yet adaptable device since they offer a combination of performance, affordability, and elegance. It is anticipated that this move will significantly expand the gaming laptop market in India.
The Lenovo LOQ, ASUS TUF Gaming, and the most recent ALG series from ACER are currently available in the Indian market under budget.
The company wants to draw in students with the HP Special Edition Victus series, especially those who are studying data, playing video games, or getting ready to become analysts.
HP is already offering a Victus with an RTX 3050 for about Rs 58,000. It is equipped with a 512GB SSD, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and an AMD Ryzen 5 5600H processor. All AMD, though, with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600H APU and a Radeon RX 6500M GPU makes this laptop the least expensive model in the HP Victus series.
Although I’m presuming it won’t be as expensive as the “budget” laptops HP currently offers, the price of these remains unknown. Since they are limited edition laptops instead of new models, the current design language is probably going to be kept.
