The useful starting point
A dense block can contain a request, three reasons and a separate warning without showing their relationship. Breaking it at meaningful points helps readers follow the argument. Paragraph length is a tool, not a fixed number to satisfy.
A small step to try
Write a short margin note for each paragraph describing its purpose. If one note needs several unrelated subjects, split the paragraph or move some material elsewhere. Keep the order aligned with the reader’s task: purpose, essential answer and supporting detail. Check the visible draft on a narrow screen. Formatting helps, but it cannot repair information that remains contradictory or incomplete.
