1.On Spouse Name- if your spouse is not NRI ,you buy on his or her name
2.On parent’s name-Register land on parents name and then transfer by gift deed or will on your name

3.On sibling’s Name-
Land can be registered in sibling’s name then can be transferred to your name. It attracts stamp duty.
