Can an AI learn or feel Emotions?

This is quite significant. Bobby and Nicole have a clear idea of how society can keep ahead of the curve in the face of deepfakes, job displacement, and other challenges. They also understand AI, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and tech for good.

Today’s free event promises to be amazing, momentous, and enjoyable.

Now for the news: rumors suggest that “Suscolumn r” on the lmsys chatbot arena is currently available for free IS, and that its reasoning & capabilities are actually pretty remarkable.

We have been teasing things about “Strawberry” for days as an extension of the discussion around q for many months as OpenAI‘s next model. This all fits with OpenAI‘s recent release of ChatGPT4o (Omni), which was first made available on LMSYS a few days earlier under the name “imagoodlittlechatbot.”

The possibility that AI may soon be able to “reason” is intriguing or unsettling, depending on your point of view especially since there appears to be a world model component. While they have been delaying Sora, they can’t wait much longer because, as this video demonstrates, RunwayML is becoming at least as good.

We absolutely need to take a level path as AI becomes more and more integrated into robotics, autonomous agents appear, and computing power increases (kudos to Groq for their most recent $560 million fundraising!).

This is the reason for my initial inquiry and the reason I’m co-founding a company: to educate AI what love is and to use AI to help spread love rather than the other way around, when things go wrong like deepfakes, copyright violations, and much more.

Having said that, AI will remain emotionless and devoid of intuition for the foreseeable future (until quantum computing changes this), but this amazing film created by the gifted Jer at EccentrismArt offers an engaging look into the convergence, singularity, and “what’s possible.”
