Artificial intelligence have helped “Ray Gun”

Could artificial intelligence have helped “Ray Gun” do better at the Summer Olympics in Paris in 2024 than a perfect zero?

Over the past several years, we’ve seen a variety of text-to-video and AI video generating tools, but thankfully, the results are still frequently a little “weird” and clearly AI made (deep fakes will be terrifying stuff).

OpenAI‘s Sora has only offered a few chosen examples from businesses and creators with limited early access after more than a year of waiting, whereas Pika, Vidu, Runway, invideo, and other platforms are still developing and are actually useful! usually free); but, they have all failed us down and haven’t lived up to our expectations from Sora.

As of right now, there’s a new text-to-video technology that can be used for free and might even be on par with Sora; we’ll just have to wait and see how the physics and world model holds up. Additionally, I was recently given early access to LTX Studio, a text-to-movie platform with HUGE potential, and SearchGPT, which I really like and use! It is free to use, consistent, fully customisable, assists with storyboarding, and produces outputs that are nearly on par with Sora.

There’s a strong sense that there will be significant growth in the AI video generating industry soon. The existence of technologies like Polygraf that let us distinguish between content generated by AI and true content is a relief.

Even though my personal rankings for her work echo the goose eggs the judges awarded her, I still admire her originality and confidence to perform that routine in front of the world. I learned that she and her husband started the selection committee, selected her from only 15 competitors, and may have abused a loophole.
